Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and guest-focused service.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets with the Chief Engineer and learn preventive maintenance and capital expenditures.
• Assist guests with requests and provide high-level service.
• Assess property assets and recommend preventive maintenance solutions.
• Follow standard operating procedures for engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and complete duties.
