Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to support engineering operations across hotel properties.

You will assist in repairs, preventive maintenance, and asset protection while delivering the high standard of guest service the company is known for. Responsibilities include identifying maintenance needs, following SOPs, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a hospitality setting preferred.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused approach required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (push/pull/lift up to 100 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repair of hotel property, equipment, and grounds.
• Support Chief Engineer in preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Provide friendly, high-level guest service and respond to requests promptly.
• Identify maintenance concerns and propose practical solutions.
• Follow SOPs and work collaboratively with other departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
