Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Portland, OR is hiring for a full-time hotel maintenance technician at Portland Embassy Suites. You will perform preventative maintenance, guest room care, and address minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues to ensure smooth operations across the property.

The compensation range is $23.00 to $24.15 per hour, with pay reflecting experience and location. The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and stamina for extended periods; HVAC/electrical/plumbing

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
