Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Nashville Residence Inn is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. This full-time role involves performing scheduled maintenance, repairing guest room systems, and handling work orders to ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of general maintenance experience (hotel maintenance preferred), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic HVAC, electrical, or plumbing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
