Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, staff, and management, and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Inspect building systems for safety and regulatory compliance and document results.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and equipment performance.
