Qualifications

• Provide high-level customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Learn quickly, follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and stay composed under pressure.
• Minimum 1 year of general building maintenance or equivalent experience in a trade.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, emergency lighting, elevators, generators) for safety compliance.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inspections.
• Coordinate with other departments and external contractors for repairs and safety.
