Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities in top condition. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general building maintenance or equivalent in a trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and prioritize tasks.
• Inspect building systems, including fire alarms and generators, for safety compliance.
• Keep clean maintenance records and documentation.
• Assist with renovations and equipment upgrades as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with teams and contractors for emergency repairs.
• Perform general repairs to rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Maintain guest safety and satisfaction during operations.
