Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years prior maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs on kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms.
• Take water samples of boiler, loop, and cooling tower systems and treat the water to maintain chemical levels.
• Operate equipment; maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems and monitor electrical switch gears.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general maintenance duties in engineering spaces and other daily operations.
• Make rounds to ensure everything is in working order and complete maintenance requests.
