Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the safety and operation of our Charlotte property. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC, along with light carpentry and painting.

Maintain detailed records and contribute to a courteous guest experience. Expect hands-on work, continuous learning, and collaboration with management to meet department needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across multiple systems required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and safety protocols.
• Strong record-keeping for maintenance tasks and repairs.
• English communication skills for team coordination.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safe and smooth operation of hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
• Carry out light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall work.
• Implement safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep detailed records and reports of maintenance activities.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
