Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Chandler property in excellent condition. The role covers plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC systems, along with carpentry and general repairs to ensure a safe, well-maintained hotel environment.

You will document maintenance activities, participate in safety programs, and support guest satisfaction through reliable service.

Competenze

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and HVAC.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Willingness to respond to emergency repairs and on-call situations.

Mansioni

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
• Implement and monitor safety programs and injury prevention measures.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to exceptional guest experiences through courteous service.
