Job summary

The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to report on shift activities, coordinate with the Chief Engineer, and tackle preventive maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and exterior projects.

Qualifications

• Recognize, report, and correct safety hazards and notify supervisors of damages
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile maintenance and repairs
• Complete painting, minor roof repairs, and other exterior projects
• Repair pool and exercise room equipment if necessary
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs
• Check stock levels of consumables and replace as needed
• Work with Chief Engineer and Management on technical projects
• Prepare shift reports for management

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and maintain hotel systems and equipment
• Maintain buildings and common areas in good condition
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Be available for flexible scheduling
