Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is hiring a Maintenance Representative to keep hotel facilities in top condition and ensure seamless daily operations. You will perform repairs, organize supplies, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across indoor and outdoor areas.

You’ll work with a team to follow preventive maintenance schedules and keep guests welcomed and comfortable. The role requires at least one year of maintenance or repair experience, a high school diploma or vocational training, and

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance or repair experience.
• High school diploma or vocational training.
• Familiar with basic plumbing, electrics and maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of reporting tools like HotSos, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, or Inncom.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace items around the hotel and refurbish guestrooms.
• Organize supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of indoor/outdoor areas (parking, pool).
• Follow preventive maintenance calendar to keep systems functioning smoothly.
