Job summary

InterContinental 62s Group plc is seeking a Maintenance Representative to keep hotel operations smooth and guest rooms in top condition. You’ll perform repairs, plan ahead for the next day, and uphold high standards of safety and presentation.

The role requires at least one year of maintenance experience, basic plumbing/electrical skills, and familiarity with management/reporting tools. A high school diploma or vocational training is expected, with a focus on reliability and guest service.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance or repair work experience.
• High school diploma or related vocational training.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and building management/reporting tools (HotSos, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, Inncom).
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge; preventative maintenance know-how.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace items around the hotel and refurbish items in guest rooms.
• Organize supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Follow safety guidelines and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel.
• Look for improvements and follow the preventative maintenance calendar.
• Be friendly and assist guests.
• Inform supervisor about low running supplies.
• Maintain neat, welcoming appearance in uniform.
• Take on extra duties as needed.
