Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Park City, UT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair of the hotel's mechanical and electrical systems, and care for the FF&E, grounds and facilities.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and other equipment, perform routine inspections, document work orders, and support safety procedures to ensure a safe, clean and comfortable property for guests and staff.

Qualifications

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry trades.
Ability to troubleshoot routine mechanical/electrical malfunctions.
Ability to follow instructions and work with guests and team members.
High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and repairs malfunction in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
Performs preventative maintenance assignments on a schedule basis (e.g., “room care”).
Services the hotel’s pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters; completing maintenance request forms and record logs.
Maintains the building exterior and “curb appeal” (e.g., lawn care, painting, and gardening).
Adheres to all company policies and procedures; follows safety and security procedures.
Assists other Engineering Personnel when needed.
