Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Maintenance/Engineering professional for a hotel property in Park City, UT. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, and upkeep of FF&E, grounds, and pool areas.

The position requires knowledge of mechanical trades, strong problem-solving, and the ability to follow safety and security protocols. The team operates 24/7, with shift variations as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry trades.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical/electrical malfunctions.
• Willingness to follow safety and security procedures and policies.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions in hotel systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule.
• Maintains pool and related systems; records logs and maintenance requests.
• Maintains exterior grounds and curb appeal; supports safety procedures.
• Assists other engineering staff and performs related duties as assigned.
