The Northwest x Southern Hospitality-managed Courtyard by Marriott Lewiston Idaho is seeking a Chief Engineer/Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance for a 117-room hotel and set the standard for hospitality. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage vendors, and ensure safety training and compliance while maintaining guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; hospitality degree preferred.
• 5+ years in hospitality, with prior hotel management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of facility trades and basic electrical/plumbing/carpentry/mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance activities for guestrooms, public spaces, exteriors, restaurants, bars and back-of-house areas.
• Act as Safety Director and manage Fire, Life and Safety trainings per regulations.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and data management for property operations.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, and evaluate maintenance staff for efficient operation.
