Northwest X Southern Hospitality is seeking a Project Task Force Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance across multiple hotel properties in the Pacific Northwest. Travel is required, and the position must be based in one of our cluster markets: Tri-Cities WA, Lewiston ID, or Corvallis OR.

You will manage preventive maintenance, budgets, and vendor relationships, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences across the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience in hotel or restaurant settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain required permits/licenses as needed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; 40 hours/week.
