Job summary

Level5 Hospitality seeks a Chief of Maintenance for Residence Inn CDA in Coeur d\'Alene, ID. You will supervise maintenance operations across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and Life Safety programs to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in facilities management with leadership experience and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with hotel industry background preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years in facilities management with at least 1 year managing others.
• 2+ years of experience in the hotel industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance and repair of hotel's mechanical/electrical systems.
• Manage engineering related capital projects.
• Follow PM procedures for guestrooms, equipment, public space, grounds, and buildings.
• Maintain engineering records and filing system to support PM Programs and Life Safety.
• Interview, supervise, train, and evaluate engineering staff.
• Provide Life Safety training to managers and other staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
