Qualifications

• Complete basic maintenance tasks and deep cleaning to keep guest rooms and public areas in an excellent state of cleanliness and repair.
• Assist with the preventative maintenance checklist and complete minor repairs work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, unclogging toilets, replacing faucet washers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and deep cleaning to keep areas clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Carry tools and prepare the worksite for maintenance tasks.
• Clean and sweep the parking lot, pool, public outdoor and sidewalk areas.
• Report unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor and follow safety policies.
• Provide guest shuttle service as requested.
