Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service hotel mechanical and electrical systems, maintain facilities and pool areas, and support groundskeeping. The role covers preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and daily operations in a 24/7 hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have broad trades knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry), basic tools proficiency, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related trades.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine hotel mechanical/electrical malfunctions.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
• Clear English communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions in mechanical and electrical hotel systems.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule basis.
• Maintains pool area including chemical checks and filters.
• Repairs building exterior, landscaping, and general upkeep.
• Details safety, security and reporting procedures to supervisor.
• Assists other engineering staff as needed.
