Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality’s Las Vegas hotel seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to safeguard and repair mechanical/electrical systems across the property. You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and keep guest areas safe and functional.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork with the Engineering department, and timely completion of work orders to ensure continuous hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hotel mechanical/electrical systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety emphasis.
• Strong attention to safety and PPE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems throughout the hotel.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and work orders promptly.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and guest areas to ensure safe operations.
• Follow safety, security, and PPE procedures.
• Assist Engineering team and report hazards or incidents promptly.
