Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure guest rooms, meeting spaces, restaurants, and offices function smoothly. You will perform repairs, refurbishments, and general upkeep to keep the facility attractive.

The role requires hands-on technical abilities across plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, carpentry, and safety procedures, with a focus on guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Universal certification.
• HVAC certification.
• NEC certification.
• OSHA 10 certified.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders for general repair within assigned time frame.
• Perform systematic checks and inspections to aid upkeep and proactive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain tools and workspaces in safe, secure condition.
• Repair or change room locks to ensure guest/security.
• Repair electronic hotel equipment (TVs, alarms, HVAC, etc.).
• Assist safety and emergency procedures for guests and teammates.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and courteous appearance.
• Report to designated shift in assigned attire.
