Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a maintenance technician to service a hotel’s mechanical and electrical systems at Fairfax SpringHill Suites, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair HVAC, plumbing, and related equipment, and maintain the building exterior and systems to uphold high standards of guest comfort.

The role requires knowledge across trades, the ability to follow safety procedures, and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine mechanical/electrical malfunctions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical or electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule.
• Maintains pool and grounds; supports safety procedures.
• Reports unsafe conditions and accidents to supervisor.
