Qualifications

• High School diploma required; trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance to established standards.
• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Install or repair sheetrock and wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Repair furniture and install/repair televisions.
• Perform minor plumbing functions.
• Replace and repair heating and cooling pumps and perform PM on units.
• Trace and repair water lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
• Follow local, state and Federal codes; ensure guest satisfaction.
