HHM Hotels is seeking an Engineer to perform preventative and repair maintenance to ensure the hotel meets quality and sustainability standards while guest satisfaction remains high.

The role involves conducting inspections, handling electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and furniture repairs, and maintaining records in a guest-focused environment. Work schedule may vary, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Install or repair sheetrock and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Install and replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, bulbs and fixtures.
• Repair furniture and fixtures.
• Install, replace and program televisions.
• Perform minor plumbing functions.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
• Adhere to local, state and federal codes.
