Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs for interior and exterior areas of buildings, hotel rooms, and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is maintained and operational.
• Adhere to safety regulations, brand standards and other compliance requirements.
• Replace and program televisions, light switches, receptacles, and fixtures.
• Understand and read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
