Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Support preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and painting.
• Respond quickly to guest maintenance requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Conduct painting, patching, minor plumbing, fixture replacements, and routine tasks.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing hotel equipment and mechanical systems.
