Qualifications

• Experience 2–5 years in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance.
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.
