Candidates should have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, and the ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general building maintenance and repair experience.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
• Experience with plumbing and electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs to hotel facilities.
• Maintain exterior grounds and internal spaces; complete routine tasks and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor equipment operation and perform minor repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with upkeep of guest rooms and public areas as needed.
