HHM Hotels is seeking an Engineer to perform preventative and repair maintenance across hotel facilities, ensuring quality and sustainability standards while delivering warm guest service.

Responsibilities include room inspections, electrical and plumbing tasks, furniture repair, and equipment servicing. The role requires a High School diploma and trade school training, with prior maintenance experience preferred. Schedule may include peak periods and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and trade school coursework in related field preferred.
• Previous engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Install or repair sheetrock and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Install and replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, lights, and fixtures.
• Repair furniture and kitchen equipment.
• Perform minor plumbing functions and service water lines.
• Repair and maintain heating/cooling pumps; preventive maintenance.
• Trace and repair water lines of all types.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
• Follow local, state, and Federal codes; ensure guest satisfaction.
