Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints.
• Patrol all areas of the property and monitor security.
• Maintain security of hotel key system and issue/receive keys.
• Escort and witness cash handling as needed.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and life-safety systems.
• Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property and complete incident reports.
• Follow company policies, report accidents, and protect assets.
