Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED; or Work Equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in hospitality industry in similar position preferred.
• Good understanding of English language and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Previous guest/customer relations training preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment and proper chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints.
• Patrol the property and maintain security of hotel key system.
• Escort and witness cash handling as needed and assist in shipping/receiving.
• Assist guests with room access and monitor alarm systems.
• Respond to accidents, emergency situations, and incidents; notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity summaries; maintain confidentiality of reports.
