Job summary

Emmaline’s Cocktails & Provisions located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Airport is seeking a dependable Line Cook. You will prepare quality dishes for both restaurant service and occasional banquets, using scratch-made methods and fresh ingredients.

Qualifications

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Complete daily prep lists and properly stock your assigned station.
• Set up, maintain, and break down stations for service.
• Monitor food quality, portioning, temperature, timing, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
• Follow all sanitation and food-handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items for restaurant service and banquet events.
