Responsibilities include setting up and stocking stations, monitoring food quality, ensuring health and safety compliance, assisting with inventory, and delivering guest-friendly service during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets and special events according to Hilton recipes and standards.
• Set up, stock and maintain workstations to meet kitchen demands during service hours.
• Ensure consistent food quality by checking ingredients for freshness, taste, temperature and presentation.
• Follow Hilton, DoubleTree and local health department sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Assist in receiving, rotating and storing inventory; help with monthly inventories.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and accommodate special requests.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
