Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the menu and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout their experience.
• Develop knowledge of our food, wine, beer, and craft cocktail offerings.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and reset tables for arriving guests.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and involve management when appropriate.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
