Job summary

Emmaline’s Cocktails & Provisions, located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Airport, is seeking a Breakfast Cook to join our morning culinary team. You’ll work in a new kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment, preparing breakfast for hotel guests and restaurant diners from 4:45 AM to 11:30 AM, with weekend availability required.

This role emphasizes quality, consistency, food safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous breakfast or short-order cooking experience is preferred.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential due to the early start time.
• Hotel, restaurant or high-volume kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes, portioning standards and presentation guidelines.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and temperature control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast items according to recipes and standards.
• Execute à la carte and buffet breakfast service efficiently.
• Set up, restock and break down breakfast stations.
• Monitor temperatures, portions, ticket times and presentation.
• Receive deliveries, store properly and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Maintain logs for food safety and temperatures and keep the workstation clean.
• Communicate with servers and leadership to ensure smooth service.
