Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. You’ll work with the culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service for guests in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Hotel/culinary experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read product labels and communicate with guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the culinary talent behind our hotel's dining experiences, preparing delicious meals.
• Prepare menu items, ensure food safety and quality standards, and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• A cook role can lead to progression to line cook, sous chef, or executive chef.
