Job summary

The Line-Prep Cook position at HVMG supports high-quality meal preparation in line with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. You will collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious service for guests in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will prep menu items, maintain food safety and quality standards, and keep a clean, organized kitchen while reporting to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus; combination of education and experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
