Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals in line with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. You’ll collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service for guests in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Candidates should have hotel or culinary experience, a combination of education and experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience is expected.
• Previous culinary experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will be the culinary talent behind our hotel's dining experiences, preparing meals that delight guests.
• Prepare menu items, ensure food safety and quality standards, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
• You will report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• A culinary career path can lead to roles such as line cook, sous chef, or executive chef.
