Job summary

HVMG is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare high-quality meals following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and delicious service for guests in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll need attention to detail, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality. Eligible to work in the United States and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read product labels and communicate with guests about food-related needs.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality kitchen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards in the kitchen.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized; assist other kitchen staff as needed.
• Report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
