Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Finger/hand dexterity to operate food machinery.
• Ability to grasp, lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time to avoid over- or under-preparation.
• Date and rotate perishables, maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use and organize prep and line setup.
• Keep buffet stocked and assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Attend regularly and perform additional duties as assigned.
