• Experience as a Line Cook at a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Able to work all line stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Review assignments and anticipated business levels with sous chef.
• Start prep work for daily menu items and assist line cooks.
• Set up work station with mis en place and close out at shift end.
• Maintain proper storage and follow health department guidelines.
