Omaha Marriott in Regency Business Park is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare menu items, review daily needs with the Sous Chef, and assist Line Cooks across all stations while maintaining health and safety guidelines.

The role requires readiness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong team ethic and attention to detail in a hotel dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook in a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• Team player with strong work ethic and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Meet with Sous Chef/Station Cook I to review assignments and daily needs.
• Start prep work for the day’s menu and assist Line Cooks on shift.
• Set up work station with required mise en place, tools and supplies; breakdown and close stations at shift end.
• Maintain proper storage procedures per Health Department and hotel requirements; follow food handling guidelines.
