Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook at a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Review assignments and anticipated business levels with Sous Chef/Station Cook I.
• Start prep on items for the daily menu and assist Line Cooks throughout the shift.
• Set up work stations with mis en place, tools, equipment and supplies; breakdown and close stations at shift end.
• Maintain proper storage procedures and follow health department guidelines.
