Stonebridge Companies is seeking a part-time Line Cook at DoubleTree by Hilton in Grand Junction, CO. The role covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service under the supervision of the Chef. Assists with prep, maintains quality and sanitation, and supports a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

The ideal candidate has basic culinary training or experience, Safe Serve certification, and the ability to follow recipes and instructions in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Safe Serve/Food Handler’s Card as required certification.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all ingredients for the shift before service begins.
• Operates station in an efficient, safe manner.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards.
