Job summary

Limelight Hotels in the Denver area is seeking a Steward to clean and store all flatware, silver, glass and kitchen items. The role also assists in food preparation under the Executive Chef, with a pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and budget.

Essential duties include dishwashing, area sanitation, and assisting with storage and prep as needed. Available benefits accompany a full-time position requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stack all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and operate dish machine properly.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and assist in pre/post shift cleaning.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries and stock areas.
• Report problems with food or equipment to Executive Steward.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
