Sonesta Denver Downtown is seeking a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher to support our Culinary team. You will keep kitchens clean, organized, and sanitized, ensuring efficient dishwashing for restaurants, banquets, and events.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Pay ranges from $19.84 to $20.50 hourly, with weekend/holiday shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchen worker preferred.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine and sanitize wares.
• Store clean pots, pans, and utensils properly.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and prep areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Support Employee Cafeteria service as directed by Chef or Supervisor.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
