Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Steward to clean and store all flatware, glassware, and cookware, supporting the kitchen team under the Kitchen Manager. The role emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.

Pay range is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour with eligibility for benefits; applications accepted until November 1, 2026. Prior kitchen experience and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stack all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silverware in designated locations.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries.
• Assist with food preparation according to chef specifications.
• Follow daily preparation list to ensure items are ready for service.
• Report any problems with food product or equipment to supervision.
