Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Steward in Boulder, CO. You will clean and store flatware, assist in food prep, and support kitchen operations under the Kitchen Manager. The pay range is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, with actual pay based on experience and budget. Applications accepted through Oct 11, 2026.

Primary duties include dishwashing, dish storage, prep support, and maintaining a sanitary workspace. Eligible for standard hotel employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stack all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in the designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and operate the dish machine safely.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries.
• Prepare food items according to chef specifications.
