Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group Guam is seeking a part-time line cook to join our hotel kitchen. You will prepare meals to standard recipes, work with the chef supervisor, and support Buffet, à la carte, and Living Station service.

You must be fluent in English, hold a High School Diploma, and have at least 1 year of food preparation experience. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; a Health Certificate is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum one year of food preparation experience preferred.
• Must obtain a government-issued Food Handler’s Certification.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to standard recipes and portions.
• Support chef and kitchen team during service to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen according to SOPs.
• Assist with buffet, a la carte and live station preparations.
